Meet Dawn Olson, Your Bourbonnais REALTOR®

I’m Dawn Olson, a full-time REALTOR® with McColly Real Estate in Bourbonnais, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes here since 2005. Kankakee County is home, and most of my work happens in the towns I know best: Bourbonnais, Bradley, Kankakee, Manteno, Peotone, Momence, St. Anne, Herscher, Bonfield, Chebanse, Clifton and Grant Park, with plenty of clients up in Frankfort, Wilmington and Orland Park too.

Most of my business is residential sales, from first homes and family move-ups to luxury properties that need a sharper marketing plan to reach the right buyer. Sellers hire me for pricing they can trust and a launch plan built around their home, not a one-size-fits-all checklist. Buyers lean on me to explain what a house is really worth, what an inspection report actually means, and how to write an offer that wins without overpaying.

Over twenty years I’ve also picked up the training to handle the moves that come with extra layers: new construction, downsizing and senior transitions, relocation and military families, and probate or estate sales. My designations include CRS, ABR®, SRS, SRES®, CLHMS and CNE, and I’m a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Illinois REALTORS® and the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
